Spring Flowers
February 16, 2010
This weekend I went with my mom to a yarn sale, this sweet old lady was having, I guess she used to own a yarn shop but then her husband passed away :( and she couldn't do it by herself. So she had boxes and boxes of the most amazing vintage yarn from $0.50-$2.00 a skein! I made the cutest flowers and headbands with the yarn I got...now only if I had a little girl to give these to, and of course I had to name them ;)!
{Mint Jelly}
{Berry Blast}
{Tutti Fruitti}
{Winterfresh}
{Headbands in: Black Licorice, Marshmallow Fluff, and Rock Candy}

They are prety cute, but I don't think Nikolai would appreciate wearing one. Maybe some day, though, I'll have a little girl who is equally as bald as Nikolai and needs something girly to let folks know that she's a little lady.
ReplyDeleteI love that you named them all! They are so cute how much do you charge? They would make great baby gifts, let me know! Thanks!
