This is what I came up with:
CUTE Huh??!!
{Here is some back story on the "Two Beebs," my hubs and I call each other Beeb instead of Babe, Honey, Sugar Lips, and so on ;). It came from when we were first married there was a character on the first season of 24, and in his name somewhere was Beeb and one day instead of saying, "Hi Babe," one of us said, "Hi Beeb." Now I am sorry but there can only be two beebs in the world so don't be thinking you can steal it for you and your honey, if we could copyright it we would ;) sorry for the firmness but this is serious business ;).}

Want to make some Scrabble Love of your own?
Here's what you need:

#1 Scrabble Tiles

#1 Scrabble Tiles
{ I found mine at the DI (Local Utah Thrift Store) for I believe 2 bucks!}
#2 An Old Sign
{Really you can do this with whatever you have just lying around the house that could use a pick me up}
#4 Paper
#5 Mod Podge
#6 Glossy Varnish
#3 Brush
#4 Paper
#5 Mod Podge
#6 Glossy Varnish
{This is optional I just really like super glossy finishes right now.}
#7 Paint
#7 Paint
Directions:
1. Paint your chosen board with a color of your choosing, I chose Mustard Yellow {LOVE}.

2. While the board is drying I decided to cut out little squares for the tiles to rest on top of with a coordinating piece of paper.

3. Once the board is completely dry add a coat of the gloss varnish. {Remember this is optional}.

4. Then add the paper of your choosing for the background behind the tiles with Mod Podge.

5. Let the glue dry and then apply a layer of Mod Podge on top of the paper to seal.

6. Let the top coat dry and distress a little with some sand paper.

7. Add some distressing ink to the edges and corners for an aged look.

8. Line up your cut out squares in a way that you like, Mod Podge them in place, then apply a layer of Mod Podge to the surface to seal. I added some distressing ink around the edges and corners of mine to make them pop.

9. Adhere on your tiles using hot glue.
{ I also added a strip of paper on top of the squares to add some more color, do this by using Mod Podge as glue, and then once dry apply another layer to the top to seal.}

10. ENJOY!!!
