Hey Friends! Guess what this is our last stop on the tour! Can you believe it! Summer has just flown by right?
Well today we have Laura from Along For The Ride, which is a totally awesome blog I just adore it!
Without further ado take it away Laura!
Hi Meet Virginia readers! I'm Laura from along for the ride. I'm so excited to be with you! Today I'm going to show you how to make pretty flower ponytail holders.
You will need fabric, felt, hot glue, and a ponytail holder. That's it
Start by cutting out two strips of fabric. Not too think, not too thin. I didn't measure nor did I really cut straight. I just kind of went for it.
Then tie a knot at the end of your two strips.
To make the flower, all you do is twist and turn the fabric around the knot hot gluing while you go.
It doesn't need to be perfect. And I have never made two exactly alike.
Keep wrapping and your flower will get bigger.
When you run out of fabric hot glue the little tail to the back of the flower (will be the side you were looking at while you were wrapping as this is the side that usually has the most glue on it).
Next, glue the ponytail holder to the back of the flower. In the meantime, cut out a circle of felt that is a bit smaller than your flower. Glue that over the ponytail holder to the back of the flower.
So easy and so cute!!
SOOO super cute! Thanks for participating Laura, and everyone else who participated as well! It has been super fun getting to know new people along the way! Hop over to Laura's blog it is so so great I just love it! Thanks for stopping by and hope you all have a great day! Love, love.
