Hand On Hip...Check! Plus A Dilemma.

January 13, 2011

I seriously need to go to modeling school or something, "Tyra if you are looking for your next project consider it found...I need help!!"

Oh well I guess I should go with what I know right...Right??
Maybe it could be my signature pose ;)!!
{Where}: A meeting, work, and errand running.

{What}: Royal Blue Tie Blouse: Thrifted, $3.00 (Reminds me of a ballpoint pen, and it's Polyester baby ;)). Split Pea Colored Cardi: Target, almost FREE with coupon overage!! Jeggings: Kohls, FREE after $10 coupon and gift card, regularly $29.99. Riding Boots: Target, FREE gifted.

{Why}: Well I love this top for one, really rich colors are always appealing to me they really catch the eye. Also by pairing two rich colors like I did with the Royal Blue and Split Pea ;) it increases the appeal factor by two (insert double your pleasure, double your fun: Doublemint jingle HERE). Plus this top isn't form fitting so again I can down as much Diet Pepsi as I want and I won't look 5 months pregnant that is really the most important thing I look for when shopping for clothes ;)!

So guys I have dilemma...I have THE WORST NEIGHBORS EVER!!
See the mom she never stops yelling, and I am not talking just yelling it is like screaming at the top of her lungs. Seriously don't be surprised if you see me on the evening news being interviewed about how this lady had a nuclear melt down and caused a huge ruckus therefor getting police involved and so ons.  Their kids too are CONSTANTLY jumping off of something onto something, that something usually being the floor and shaking my whole house.Yeah see I know I don't have kids and I am sure it is stressful so I have let it go for awhile now, but I am sorry if its every day there are going to be problems and that ain't normal honey.

So anyone know of some good ways to get them evicted ;)??

I promise I think that the day we move into a house (I mean a house-house no shared walls or nothin!) will be THE best day of my life. I mean it might even trump getting married..sorry sweetie still love you to pieces though mmk!

Wish me luck dealing with these nut jobs k??

Love, love.

ps: I know you could use more of me throughout your day ;) so join me on:

  1. We lived in the "hell" apartments before we moved into out little house. It was so bad there was cops there every weekend!! I feel your pain!! But that outfit is killer, love the black and brown and the bright colors. We need some colors with this nasty dark weather!!!

  3. being a manager of apartments... here is my suggestion. talk to the landlord - 1. ask when the neighbor's lease ends. 2. threaten to move out if the neighbor's are allowed to stay 3. be helpful in the search for new residents - you could probably just find new residents yourself by advertising on free sites. just suggestions mind you - i have no idea if the landlord will go for it. i know i wouldn't allow that sort of resident living at my community... they'd be outta here SO quick!

  5. if you're renting maybe you can talk to the landlord then that way your neighbor won't know it's you complaining, and maybe her other neighbors are complaining too!

  10. Love the outfit. Love your blog. Love all your outfits! Plus, you know my good friend Melissa M so that makes me love you more.

First: I took some inspirtion from your over the couch decor and crafted something on my own (which I love). Thank you!

Second, call the police on your neighbors. I had this same problem and if you call anonymously, the police will leave you alone and they will come investigate. After so many calls from the area, the neighbors will get evicted or arrested.

  11. You just look too beautiful. I love the top and cardi combo. Beautiful! And I have crazy upstairs neightbors as well. Sometimes I hear them fighting and the last time was HORRIBLE. The man was yelling for about 20 minutes and using profanities so I called the police because I was so nervous for the wife. (HELLO abusive much?). Anyways, it's a wee bit crazy at my place too. If you think she is abusive to her kids or husband I would definitely call social services or the popo.

  17. Undeniably believe that which you stated. Your favorite justification seemed to be on the internet the simplest
thing to be aware of. I say to you, I definitely get annoyed while people think about worries that they plainly don't know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and also defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people could take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks

  18. I have been surfing online more than 2 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours.

It is pretty worth enough for me. Personally, if all website owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the net
will be much more useful than ever before.

  19. Wonderful blog you have here but I was curious if you knew of any discussion boards that cover the same topics talked about here?
I'd really like to be a part of group where I can get advice from other experienced people that share the same interest. If you have any recommendations, please let me know. Thank you!
