F.A.Q. Part 2
June 9, 2011
Wow I didn't realize how long ago it was that we did F.A.Q. Part 1! So lets get to that second half mmk!
9. Where did you grow up? ~Diana
I grew up in Kaysville, UT (Go DARTS baby). I have lived in Utah for most of my life. I have also lived in Las Vegas, NV and Atlanta, GA for brief stints.
10. Where do you shop? ~Cinderella's Closet
I shop at places that I can afford ;) like: Target, F21, Old Navy, Thrift Stores (I'm a Thriftaholic baby and proud!), H&M, Macy's, and UO just to name a few. All in all I shop where I can get super cute stuff for cheap or discounted, anywhere that fits that bill consider me there.
11. How did you get hooked on fashion? ~Ana
I have always loved clothes and shopping, I have my mom to thank for instilling that in me at a young age. But when I truly became hooked would be my senior year in high school. I started to be more aware of what was in style, and started to express myself through what I wore. I later went on to attend school for Fashion Merchandising which was a blast!
12. What did you dress like in high school? ~Ana
Before my senior I wore American Eagle, and Wet Seal was my life. So I was a pretty typical teen trying to fit in ;).
13. What kind of camera do you use? ~Meredith
This is another embarrassing answer..I use a Canon Elph...I am officially embarrassed. I had mentioned a couple weeks ago that I was in the market for a new camera. Thank you again for all your help again, but I recently got a new computer so the camera has been shelved till I can save up for it!
14. If you wanted a new camera, which one would you pick? ~ Meredith
I for sure want a new camera, obvious ;). I will most likely get a Canon Rebel...I can't wait...Hopefully for Christmas...Hint hint hubs ;).
15. What stores do you avoid? ~Mackenzie
I mainly avoid stores that I can't afford ;). See I have a love hate relationship with Anthropologie I was just there the other day and even though they were having a sale I couldn't buy anything...sad face...But mark my words when we do have oodles of moolah I will be buying stuff there for sure!
16. Where did you get your layout? ~Mackenzie
I made my layout myself. It is an old minima template that has been altered SOOooo much! Also my hubby has helped me so so much he is a genius with that stuff.
17. What hair products do you use? ~Amy
I use just Pantene on my hair...again its cheap and I usually have a coupon for it ;). I did however splurge on a nice flat iron and curling iron. I like to use flex hold hair spray, I can't stand when I can't run my fingers through my hair. I use a heat protection spray on my hair before using my flat iron, blow dryer, or curling iron. That's pretty much it, oh and I try to drink lots of water too!
This was so super fun! Always know that if you have a question feel free to ask away! You can email me at Morgan@meetvirginiadesign.com anytime! I will try my best to get back with you as soon as I can! Thanks again friends! Love, love.
ps: Thriftaholics Weekly is still going on so link on up friends!

ReplyDeleteUm who doesn't love Anthropologie? Well I know one person; my husband says that store reminds him of an old lady's garage sale... and in a way I guess he is right. But that lady would be awesome to have as a grandma, cause she could probably get you some super sweet deals haha. Thanks for all the info! It is great to get to know more about the people I follow :)
ReplyDeleteYa girl! Wet Seal was my high school girlfriend. :) Now when I walk by my skin crawls, but whatev.
ReplyDeleteLove this! And I am totally the same. I avoid stores that I can't afford. Which leaves me with Ross, TJ Maxx and thrift stores.
