Yes I am one of "those" people. I total Harry Potter nerd, been to multiple midnight showings, and have seen HP7.2 twice already. I even dressed up for Halloween one year as Harry Potter and a little boy made fun of me and said,"you can't dress up as Harry Potter you're a girl." Harsh right!? The last movie was a ball full of emotions for me. On one hand I loved it on the other I was super bummed it would be the very last movie! We were lucky enough to get into a theater that has DBox seats, they totally ROCKED MY WORLD!! At the same time they didn't really rock my world...I got a little nauseous totally worth the extra 7 bucks! Have any of you seen it? Are you a Harry Potter Nerd too?! Also I failed to mentioned that is has gotten as bad as..I had to stop following someone on Twitter because they had it out for my HP...I'm sort of pathetic ;)...And sort of awesome ;)!
ps: Linked up to Thriftaholics Weekly yet?
Loving the top + skirt combo!
ReplyDeleteI'm a Harry Potter nerd too!!! I totally wore my Harry Potter tshirt last weekend to see the movie! Then the movie was sold out so I had to rewear my dirty t-shirt again the next day when I actually saw the movie. Hey, I had to represent! :D

I'm telling you, it is wrong how much I'm a fan!
Oh, I am totally a Harry Potter nerd!!! I could hardly wait for this film to come out, but also I was dreading it and was nervous because it is the last one. At least we will always have the books, films, and memories to look back on? You can see how I geeked out over HP this last weekend with a HP-themed cake and gifts for my friend's birthday, which is later this month: http://thepharrsideofarkansas.blogspot.com/2011/07/menu-mondayer-wednesday-hagrids.html
ReplyDeleteHey, I resent that. Its Harry Potter ENTHUSIAST. Sheesh.
ReplyDeleteOh I Am definitely a Harry Potter Nerd. I went to the midnight premiere in my hogwarts robe and wand. And I may or may not already be going to see it for the 3rd time tonight.
ReplyDeleteAnd your outfit is adorable! Love the head scarf.
Cute outfit. Yes!! I am a HP nerd too! I was there at the midnight showing with about 25 other friends {cuz that's how I roll}. The movie was amazing...I cried for about 20 straight minutes. I want to see it a bunch more times, but I need to find more people to go with. I don't think I can convince the Hubs to see it again with me. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm definitely a harry potter nerd too. This midnight show was the only one I'd been to, but I'm so glad I went. :)
ReplyDeleteYou look super cute by the way!

Can we please acknowledge how much I sobbed throughout the entire movie? Small children in the theater weren't even crying like I was... But hey, a slice of my childhood had just ended, so no shame here.
ReplyDeletep.s. how much do I love the scarf? so much, that's how.

I love what you do with your scarves, and I'm a huge HP fan. The Husband and I had to each buy a copy of book 7 at midnight when it came out, because neither of us wanted to wait to read it. We stayed up all night and finished it within 24 hours :)
ReplyDeleteSaw you on EBEW and love this outfit!!! I actually have almost identical skirt and top but realized I have no picture of it to share with you :(
ReplyDeleteYes, looove HP also saw the last movie totally cried haha
